Under the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, each member of the Association has a statutory right, upon written request, to opt out of the sharing of the member's name, property address, and mailing address with other members who request the Association's membership list. Members may not opt out of the sharing of their name and property address for purposes of receiving Association business (e.g., elections and required notices).

By submitting this form, you are notifying the Association in writing that you elect to opt out of the sharing of your name and address on member-requested membership lists to the fullest extent permitted by law. This election remains in effect until you rescind it in writing.
